Welcome to Nailbox Salon and Spa! To ensure a safe, pleasant, and professional experience for all our clients, please review the following policies:

 1. Appointments

  • Scheduling: Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome if we have openings.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in an adjusted service or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

2. Payments

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of service.

3. Refunds

  • Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please inform us before leaving the salon, and we will work to resolve your concerns.

4. Nail Fix Policy Details

A. Coverage Period:

  • We honor complimentary nail fixes within 10 days of your original appointment date.

  • After 10 days, standard service fees will apply.

B. What is Covered:

  • Chipped, cracked, or lifting nails due to application issues.

  • Premature polish peeling or fading

C. What is Not Covered:

  • Breakage or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care (e.g., using nails as tools).

  • Regular wear and tear from daily activities.

  • Any changes to the original design, shape, or length not caused by application issues.

D. How to Request a Fix:

  • Contact us as soon as you notice the issue, preferably within 48 hours.

  • Provide your appointment details and, if possible, photos of the issue for assessment.

E. Appointment Scheduling:

  • Fixes are subject to stylist availability and must be scheduled in advance.

  • Please arrive on time for your fix appointment to ensure we can accommodate you.

F. Policy Exceptions:

  • Fixes requested after 10 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and additional charges may apply.

  • Group or party bookings may have separate agreements; please check with our team.

5. Health & Hygiene

  • We adhere to strict sanitation practices to ensure your safety.

  • Clients with visible signs of infection, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be refused service.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep personal items with you. Nailbox Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

7. Children & Guests

  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

  • Additional guests are welcome to wait in the reception area unless receiving services.

8. Behavior

  • Respectful conduct is required. Inappropriate behavior or language will result in termination of services.

9. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your service. While we use high-quality products, we cannot guarantee that reactions will not occur.

10. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • 0Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
